Cannes availabilityHaving done this please click on the "Go to terms and conditions" button below to see the terms and conditions of booking. After reading the terms and conditions please click on the "I accept the terms and conditions" button at the bottom of the Terms and Conditions page and this will take you to the booking form for completion.
In order to confirm the reservation in addition to the booking form we require a deposit of 30% of the cost of the holiday. This deposit is NON REFUNDABLE except under clause xv and/or clause xviii of the terms and conditions or if varied in writing by Michael or Karen Broom Smith. This deposit may be paid by bank transfer in Euro or Sterling or by credit/debit card.
The balance is payable 8 weeks before the holiday commences and you will be sent a reminder nine weeks before your stay starts.
A security deposit as below is payable before your arrival at the property. This will be refunded in full within 14 days of the end of your stay, but usually much sooner, assuming no damage has been caused.
