CHRISTMAS AND NEW PRICES REDUCED BY 33%

The prices above are for the entire apartment for the seven day or per night price stated plus the charges outlined below.

Additional Charges

In addition to the above the following charges are payable per stay:

Cleaning Fee - €205.00.
Linen Fee - €40.00 per guest.

Additional cleaning may be arranged and paid for separately at a cost of €160.00. Changes of linen may also be arranged as required at a cost of €40.00 per person.

July and August

Please note that during the summer holiday months from the first Saturday in July to the first Saturday in September we only accept bookings on a Saturday to Saturday basis.

Discounts

Discounts are given for multiple week bookings:

2 week booking - 5%.
3 week booking - 10%.
4 week booking - 15%.

For longer bookings terms are negotiable. Please contact us to discuss.

A 30% non refundable reservation deposit is payable at the time of booking.

The balance of the cost of rental is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.

A security deposit of €1,000 is payable prior to your arrival in Cannes. This can paid by credit/debit card or by bank transfer in Euros or Sterling. It will be refunded within 14 days of your return, and usually much sooner, and once our agent has informed us that there are to be no deductions for damage.
