The prices above are for the entire house for the seven day or per night price stated plus the charges outlined below.
In addition to the above the following charges are payable:
Cleaning Fee - £130.00 per clean.
Linen Fee - £25.00 per guest.
Additional cleaning may be arranged and paid for separately at a cost of £130.00 per clean. Changes of linen may also be arranged. please contact me for pricing.

Discounts are given for multiple week bookings:
7 to 14 nights - 40%.
15 to 27 nights - 45%.
28 nights or more - 50%.
For longer bookings (89 days maximum) terms are negotiable. Please contact us to discuss.
A 30% non refundable reservation deposit is payable at the time of booking.
The balance of the cost of rental is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
A security deposit of £500 is payable prior to your arrival in Winslow. This can be paid by credit card or bank transfer. This is refunded within 14 days of your return and once our agent has informed us that there are to be no deductions for damage.
